Many improvements have been made on EMRAX motors, since they were tested in Siemens two years ago. Meanwhile we have also made 2 new motor types - EMRAX 207 and 268. Now we decided to test motors again, but in worse conditions then in Siemens. Now we are using 45-50ºC (previously we used to use 20ºC) inlet water temperature and also water flow is reduced from 12 to 5 litres per minute (in this case the inlet water pressure 0,5 bar is enough - so there is no problem to choose the right pump). Results are similar or even better then 2 years ago in Siemens, even though cooling conditions are worse. We are also very satisfied with motor 268, which has up to 98% of efficiency.
Results (tables, graphs) will be published on our web site for all 3 EMRAX motor types.
At the same time also EMC tests for EV will be made (for all motor types).
